A beach ceremony permit including liability insurance is required for all ocean beach ceremonies for professionals and participants.
DLNR permits have a (30) person maximum limit. We do noy accept jobs over this amaount. If you have more, you will be solely responsible for all actions and additional fees.
FYI: There are no private beaches in Hawaii except, the beach coves at Ko Olina are semi-private and ceremonies are not allowed. With that said, some public beaches have restricted access and only through private property where permission and additional cost may be required.
