North Shore and Ko Olina locations are a challenge because of crowds, beach access, parking, security, traffic, and significant vendor travel fees of up to $200+ per vendor depending upon the time of day and month.

We suggest scheduling your event to be when you're in the Honolulu area. Seriously, no sense paying us to drive out there. We wouldn't pay us. LOL.

It's really just the time it takes to drive out there (1-1.5+ hours each way for North Shore). Because our vendors have to leave much earlier to avoid traffic, traffic events, and just be there on-time, it's at least a 4-5 hour total time and taking up as many 1 hour jobs in Honolulu. So, you see what we mean, it's tough for us to get people to go out there.

With that said, our top vendors do go out there if receiving their individual professional rates versus beach wedding rates. All of our vendors are or have been top professionals in the local, large traditional wedding market. If you're having a bigger traditional wedding and not just a simple beach ceremony, we can ask for quotes based upon regular professional rates for large ceremonies.
