When you're talking to Dawn, make sure she knows your "meet/start time" on your contract, location, our suggested latest departure time, and whether or not you want to go back to your hotel or straight to the ceremony. This way, she'll be able to properly schedule your service.
There's always wind at outside beach locations. Wear your hair the way you want but, accept if that it may still blow your hair around. Have a means to control you hair if necessary.
The easiest way to control in the wind for any length hair is to order a "Haku", a Hawaiian style flower head wreath. You can get this from us or bring your own. If you do order it from ODW, we'll have it at the ceremony site and help you put it on. Let Dawn know if you'll be wearing one.
Long traditional veils or headpieces don't usually work well at all in the wind and especially during the ceremony. We can do shots with you wearing it but, we suggest to be prepared to remove it. Up to you.
